Helena asks…How do you make tone muscular arms go to feminine arms?Are there hormones you could take to look more soft? My sister wasn't born with muscular arms, but then she worked at a strip club and built tone in her arms. sometimes they look too muscular and i think its because she's skinny ( not too skinny or anorexic looking) but how can she make them look soft again ? she doesn't work there anymore and hasn't worked out for awhile so how do you make it go away sorta?admin
